We want you to love your COSIMAC as much as we love ours, but in the event that you need to make a return or exchange we are more than happy to work with you. We can offer refunds on products that are unused, with original packaging within 28 days of delivery. Refunds exclude any shipping costs incurred, including return postage. If you received a product as a gift you may return it for an exchange or gift receipt only. In the unlikely event you have received a faulty product please contact us within 6 months on email@example.com with the following information – Your order confirmation email and a description and photograph of the fault. Once we’ve received this information we’ll act quickly to resolve the problem.

ALL returns MUST be unworn in original packaging to be eligible for exchange or refund and sent back within the 28 day period. On receipt of your return we will act appropriately to your chosen action above within 48 hours of receiving your return. Please note refunds can take up to 5 working days to show in your bank account. Exchanges will be sent out Express DPD taking 2-3 working days to be delivered.
