Hi I'm Paddy, and I'm part of the Viking Dippers swimming club. This year I decided to take on the challenge of swimming 365 consecutive days.

I wanted to do it for me originally, but I quickly realized I could reach out and do it for a lot more than just myself.

I decided to bring a different charity to my swims every month.

But I couldn’t do this alone - not in Ireland, not in these elements.  I needed help, that’s when I found Cosimacs.

Swimming all year round isn’t easy especially in winter when I have to get up at 6:30 in the morning when it’s pitch black to squeeze my swims in before work.

“God bless Cosimac” - you’ll often hear me say every time I come out of the water and throw my robe on, without it I wouldn’t have got as far as I am today in my challenge. I have to admit I do take my cosimac everywhere though – swimming, football and when camping and going on hikes.
